Product Description
Sometimes, you want armor that looks great but doesn't look like a Christmas tree on your arms. The Swordsman bracers are the perfect finishing touch to any costume -- be it a true swordsman, a rogue, a mercenary or even a bartender (for those particularly rough taverns).
These bracers are part of our highest end "Leatherworks" series, which means that they are probably made better than your house. Taken care of, these bracers could actually be handed down to your grandchildren. You're great-grandchildren that is. The Swordsmen vambraces are tasteful and professional and are a very versatile piece.
Sizing:
The sizing on these bracers indicates the length of the bracer (how much of your forearm they cover). Large bracers are 11" long, medium bracers are 9 3/4" long. The circumference of the bracers (how they fit around the arm) is determined by the laces. You can tighten or loosen the laces/straps to customize the fit around your particular forearm size.
LeatherWorks Collection
These bracers are a part of our stunning "LeatherWorks" collection. This means that they are crafted with uncompromising attention to detail and should last you a lifetime if cared for properly. Each item in the LeatherWorks series is handcrafted and hand dyed. Each piece is made from the finest, prime cowhide leather available. Each piece is manually inspected and must meet a slew of conditions before it is allowed to leave the factory. These bracers are intended for serious costumers, LARPers or martial artists -- uncompromising customers who want the very best.
These are years ahead of most of the competition. While others are busy trying to hide rivets and spikes needed to cinch the leather together, our craftsmen have moved on to bigger and better techniques. They have abandoned these crude, cheap methods for crafting leather goods and have switched to 100% stitched materials. This gives much more authenticity and quality to their materials and is more in keeping with the time-honered techniques of leatherworking.
Each of these bracers is rigorously tested and quality controlled. You will not find more consistently high quality craftsmanship on mass-market leather goods.
